During this time, I took on the responsibility of training other sworn members, helping them achieve the fastest results to get in top shape for rigorous internal competitions. These events required competitors to be in their absolute best physical condition, as the selection process was grueling and unforgiving. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of efficient training methods, nutritional requirements, and the discipline needed to achieve success.
Now, I’ve transitioned my passion for fitness and training into a new chapter as an online fitness coach. My mission is to support busy professionals who often struggle to prioritize their health within demanding schedules.
